A 3-tier transcription process at DMT MedScribe Services value ensures that each and every dictation taken up for transcription by the company is meticulously transcribed by trained MTs, proofread by experienced Editors, and finally checked by quality assurance personnel for its correctness, before it is returned to the customer.
Our standard quality policy is derived from the AAMT policy and we deliver an accuracy rating of 98.5. in normal cases.
Transfer of Files : Transfer of raw and transcribed files can be either by e-mail or through our Secured FTP site.
Audio Playback Software : we have several Audio players, but we are very much used with Olympus DSS player and eScribe

Files In Transcription Stage:
Our experienced transcriptionists will listen the audio by using software (Olympus DSS or EScribe) and transcribe in client specified templates/formats in MS Word. We also create template/letter head for the provider, if required
Files In Junior Level Proofing Stage:
Proofreading of transcribed documents and communicate with the MTs regarding missing information (patient demographical info like name, ID, MR#) and errors and discrepancies if any in transcribed document. (Normally done by Sr. MTs)
Files In Proofreading Stage:
Checking the 1st level proofed copy, blanks in text, reading the document without audio, and cross check patient demographical info, referring physician address with provided database, date of service, date of dictation, dosage of medications, subheadings.
Files In QA Stage:
Check the edited copy if any flags for blanks in text and communicate with Proofreaders and distributed QA reports to transcriptionists.
