Assurecode Health and Information Technology Services provides medical transcription services to individual practices, clinics, and other transcription service providers in the United States and other countries. Assurecode started operations in 2000 providing  medical coding services and in 2001, it became the first company to offer medical transcription training in the Philippines. In October 2004, Assurecode started its medical transcription services.  It employs only medical professionals - physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, radiology technicians, medical secretaries and graduates of other health-allied courses who have been trained extensively in medical transcription and coding.
